The entire project is governed by Rules and Restrictions that include a design and review for the home and its landscaping prior to the issuance of a building permit. Owners do have the option of having an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) on their property, however no CPRs or splitting of the properties is allowed. In addition, limitations regarding the size of the Additional Dwelling Unit are defined in the CC&R's of the project.
